General
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or by telephone with
Felix McEvoy Ltd. Please read carefully before placing your order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Orders
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction via secure server or by email, or telephone. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
The web price includes VAT at following rates
- Fuel @ 5% (for own use only)
- Bedding @ 20%
- Feeding @ 0%
This is applicable unless otherwise stated on product page or website, in which case the information regarding vat displayed there supersedes this information. Fuel purchased for re-sale to third party incurs VAT rate of 20%. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform the seller if they are re-selling.
Delivery
Pallet Products
Delivered on pallets and dispatched normally within 2-5 working days on HGV, the driver will offload using forklift and pallet truck.
Courier – dispatched normally with 2-3 working days on HGV with tail lift, the driver will offload using pallet truck.
